Problemáticas: Fronteras geopolíticas como espacio de cooperación territorial, lugar para los encuentros de flujos diversos y dinámicos; los cuales establecen redes programáticas para un proyecto utópico como una plataforma geo - estratégica.
Problematic: Geopolitical frontiers as a open space for territorial cooperation, a place for the encounter of diverse and dynamic flow; wich stablish programatic webs for a utopian project as a geo-strategical platform.
Criterios programáticos:
Sociedad: Flujos humanos que configuran un estrecho como un lugar de intercambio social y económico, de tráfico (humano y drogas), a su vez pasó de cruceros turísticos y prácticas deportivas. Existencia de una población flotante de dinámicas globales.
